• Customer to choose print pattern and color.

Quotation for Full Installation:
1. 56m² Concrete Print Patio
• Installation of a high-quality, imprint concrete print patio, including surface preparation, application of concrete, and stamping for an aesthetic finish.
• The patio will be sealed for protection and longevity, ensuring resistance to weather and wear.
• Edging and jointing included to prevent cracking and maintain the integrity of the surface.
2. Railway Sleeper Raised Retainer (Planter)
• Custom-designed raised planter using treated railway sleepers.
• Constructed to enhance garden aesthetics, providing durability and stability.
• The planter will be built with proper drainage and soil retention, ideal for planting or decorative purposes.
3. Aco Drainage Installation
• Full installation of Aco drainage system to ensure proper water flow and prevent pooling or flooding.
• The system will be designed and installed to seamlessly integrate with the patio and surrounding areas, ensuring efficient surface water management.
4. Full Excavation + Waste Removal
• Complete excavation of the area to prepare for the patio, retainer, and drainage system installation.
• Removal of all debris and waste materials generated during the excavation process.
• Disposal of waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
Project duration: 6-10 working days (weather depending)
Payment Terms:
• 4 Staged Payments (25%):
• 25% upon Project Agreement – to secure the job and begin preparations.
• 25% after excavation and site preparation – once the site is cleared and ready for installation.
• 25% after installation of the concrete patio and drainage system – when the patio and drainage are fully installed and functional.
• 25% upon completion – after the final inspection, cleanup, and client satisfaction with the completed work.
