Scope of Work:
This quotation includes the full installation of a new driveway, with two design options for your consideration, as well as additional natural stone paving work:
1. Concrete Printed Driveway – A durable and aesthetically pleasing 60m² concrete driveway with a printed pattern that mimics natural materials like stone or brick.
2. Block Paved Driveway – A 60m² block paved driveway, offering a traditional and customizable design with individual blocks laid in your chosen pattern and color.
Additional Features:
• Edging Kerbs: Installation of 8 meters of 150mm edging kerbs to provide a clean and defined boundary for the driveway.
• Aco Drainage: Installation of Aco drainage systems to ensure proper water runoff and prevent pooling or flooding.
Natural Stone Paving:
• Take Up and Re-lay: Removal and reinstallation of 15m² of existing natural stone paving to refresh and realign the area for optimal appearance and stability.
Excavation and Waste Removal:
• Complete excavation of the existing surface.
• Removal and responsible disposal of all excavated materials and waste.
Project Timeline:
• The project is estimated to take 6 to 10 working days to complete, depending on weather conditions and site-specific requirements.
Payment Structure:
• The project will be completed in four staged payments as follows:
• Payment 1: Initial deposit upon project agreement. (25%)
• Payment 2: Upon completion of excavation. (25%)
• Payment 3: After installation of the driveway base. (25%)
• Payment 4: Final payment upon completion of the project and client satisfaction. (25%)
