Detailed Quotation for Patio Installation & Fencing
Scope of Works:
1. Porcelain Patio Installation (40m²)
• Installation of 40m² porcelain tiles for the patio area.
• All tiles will be laid with precision to ensure a professional, level, and durable finish.
2. Aco Drainage System (14m)
• Supply and installation of 14 meters of Aco drainage system to ensure proper water flow and prevent standing water.
• Drainage system will be installed in accordance with industry standards to guarantee effective performance.
3. Full Excavation + Waste Removal
• Full excavation of the existing patio area to the required depth.
• Removal and disposal of all excavated material, including old paving, soil, and debris.
• Waste removal is included in the price, ensuring a clean and tidy site.
4. Materials Included:
• Sand: For levelling and providing a solid foundation.
• Cement: Used in the bedding layer and for securing the tiles in place.
• MOT Sub Base: A compacted sub base layer of crushed stone to provide stability and support for the patio surface.
• Tile Adhesive: High-quality adhesive to secure the porcelain tiles firmly and ensure long-lasting results.
5. Fencing Installation (Optional)
• Featheredge Fencing or Close Board Fencing: The customer to decide on the preferred type of fencing. The quote includes the supply and installation of either option, ensuring a strong, durable fence that provides both privacy and security.
• All necessary posts, panels, and fittings are included.
• Installation will be carried out to ensure a neat and secure finish.
6. Gate Installation
• 1x Gate Installation: A single gate will be installed in the designated location.
Payment Structure:
• The project will be completed in four staged payments as follows:
• Payment 1: Initial deposit upon project agreement. (25%)
• Payment 2: Upon completion of excavation. (25%)
• Payment 3: After installation of the driveway base. (25%)
• Payment 4: Final payment upon completion of the project and client satisfaction. (25%)
